Today, we all continue to face many challenges due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are grateful for our customers continued support, and confident that we will all get through this tough period together.
It is our priority to continue to do our best to ensure the well-being, health and safety of our employees and our customers by following acceptable protocols.
To that end, we wish to make you aware that we receive frequent updates from the ports and freight companies regarding protocols that are taking place in day-to-day operations devised to ensure the safe delivery of our goods to customers’ doors.
As of today, there have been no reports of COVID-19 from either the ports or freight companies that service our company.
With that said we would like to remind our customers of the following:
1. Will-Call: We ask that drivers go directly to the right (North) side of the building where our warehouse team will readily assist them. Our team will be following regulations by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.
2. Consignee Address: We ask that you ensure your consignees’ receiving days and hours on the purchase orders. This procedure is to help us to avoid any re-delivery and/or storage fees.
